Return & Refund Policy

Zentpod is committed to providing a smooth, fair, and transparent shopping experience. This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which products may be returned or refunded, in accordance with global eCommerce standards.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if any of the following conditions apply:

  • The product is damaged upon arrival
  • You received an incorrect or wrong item
  • The product is defective or malfunctioning
  • The item is unused, in its original condition, and within the allowed return window
2. Return Window
  • Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Used or damaged products caused by customer mishandling
  • Items missing original packaging, manuals, or accessories
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Assembled furniture, unless found to be defective
4. Return Process
  1. Submit a return request through our Contact Form or by email.
  2. Provide your Order ID, clear product photos, and the reason for return.
  3. Our support team will review your request and confirm eligibility.
  4. Once approved, ship the product to the return address provided.
  5. After receiving and inspecting the item, we will proceed with the refund or replacement.
5. Refund Process
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • Refund processing time is 5–7 business days after product inspection.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by Zentpod.
6. Replacement Policy

If a product is damaged or defective, Zentpod may offer one of the following solutions:

  • Replacement of the same product (subject to availability)
  • Store credit equal to the product value
  • Full refund, depending on product availability and circumstances
7. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before shipment. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, and the return process must be followed instead.
