Late Cancellations

If your order has already been processed or shipped, we will not be able to cancel it. However, you can follow our Returns & Exchanges process once the item is delivered.

Refunds

  • Before Shipment: If your order is cancelled before shipment, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.
  • After Shipment: If cancellation occurs after dispatch, the refund will be processed once the item is returned. Any applicable return shipping fees will be deducted from the refund.
